Frosty Paws

In case you aren't familiar with Frosty Paws, they are a frozen dessert similar to ice cream. However, store-bought Frosty Paws have preservatives, which may cause digestive problems. This homemade version is easy to make and is a healthy treat you can feel good about giving to your pet. You can also tailor the recipe to your dog's taste or dietary restrictions.

One 8 oz. container plain yogurt
One large, ripe banana
1 Tbl. peanut butter
1 Tbl. honey (optional)

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and well-mixed. Divide into four 4 oz. plastic cups or containers. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Give to dog right out of the container.
