Microwave Liver Treats


2 lbs. liver (beef, chicken or pork)
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 1/2 cups water

Place liver, garlic and water in a glass bowl and place in the microwave. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Remove bowl from microwave and drain juice. Remove garlic cloves. Cut the liver into bite-size pieces and place on paper towels. Microwave another 10 minutes. (Times will vary with different microwaves, so keep an eye to make sure treats aren't burning.) Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
