Welcome back to the ACI Newsletter. In this issue we cover canine body language, communication and personality. Dogs use body language when communicating with each other. If we know what that body language is, it will enable us to get to know our dogs better and understand what they are feeling. Of course, each dog is as individual and different as people are. This is just a basic guideline of what to look for. Your dog may or may not display some of these behaviors. But if you look closely, you will soon discover what your dog is feeling and saying to you by his or her own personal body language. Just as you get to know what a close friend or family member is feeling by the way they look, you will be able to do the same with your canine companion.

Properly trained, a man can be dog's best friend.
